I started working out with Manish around 15 months back as my personal trainer. Manish is one of the few trainers who understands the science of exercise. He considers your requirements and accordingly modifies your exercise routine to suit your needs. He is very professional and provides enough encouragement to keep you motivated and stay focused on fitness goals. Given its difficult to stay true to your routine, Manish keeps himself available and try to give you the best slot available despite managing multiple clients. During pandemic times, I was reluctant with online classes but he made the transition smooth and ensured continuity. So I started my fitness journey along with my husband 3 months ago with Way 2 Fit trainer Rony Roy. Since then I have lost 6 kgs and several inches. I love my body now and have a very healthy relationship with food and exercising and my health. I love exercising now. I started with lifting 2.5 kgs and that also used to seem a lot in the beginning now I train with 10 kg weight, I feel great about my self. I have new found love for myself. After 3 months of training I have learnt that fitness is not just about looking on the weight etc. but your overall outlook and respect for your body. honestly now I check my weight only once in a week.
